Refund policy

 

Bluetek Supply Inc. operates primarily as a technical marine and offshore supplier. Due to the specialized nature of many products, returns are subject to prior written authorization.

 

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be requested in writing within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted to: info@blueteksupply.com

No merchandise will be accepted without prior Return Material Authorization (RMA).

 

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for return:

• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Serial numbers must match our records

• Item must not be special-order, custom-built, electrical, or configured per client specification

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Bluetek Supply Inc. reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Special order or custom products

• Electrical components once energized

• Installed or used items

• Hazardous materials

• Clearance or sale items

• Software, licenses, and configured electronics

 

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer's policy.

Original freight charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to Bluetek error.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos and supporting documentation are required.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and manufacturer acceptance (if applicable).

Processing time may vary depending on the manufacturer review and bank processing times.

 

Warranty

All products are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty. Bluetek Supply Inc. does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
